Logistic and Warehouse Coordinator (CHN and ENG speaker)
EVbee is a leading EV charging manufacturer specialized in the design and production of innovative EV charging solutions. For our European headquarters in the Netherlands, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Logistic and Warehouse Coordinator to support and optimize our logistics and warehouse operations across the European market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-growing international environment and who takes ownership of operational processes from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient logistics coordination, warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and operational continuity.
Job Description
1. Logistics Operations:
- Coordinate and optimize daily logistics processes and procedures supporting the European operations;
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, transportation, customs clearance, product packing for dispatch, and liaison with customer-appointed forwarders;
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries;
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and import/export requirements;
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations;
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or logistics-related issues.
2. Warehouse Management:
- Manage daily warehouse operations for the European headquarters;
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with company safety standards;
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and operational workflows;
- Implement best practices for receiving, storing, and distributing goods while maintaining accurate inventory control;
- Support future warehouse expansion and new warehouse setup activities as the company grows;
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products and materials.
3. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock movement records;
- Collaborate with procurement and aftersales teams to manage stock availability and spare parts inventory;
- Ensure timely replenishment of materials and products;
- Conduct periodic stock counts and audits to minimize discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy;
- Analyse inventory trends and support continuous inventory optimization initiatives.
4. Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics and warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs;
- Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and workflow optimization;
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement operational improvements and scalable processes;
- Contribute to the development of standardized operational procedures and best practices.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and other third-party vendors;
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Aftersales, Procurement, and Operations;
- Handle logistics-related questions, escalations, and operational issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner;
- Support additional operational tasks assigned by the Operations Director.
Job Requirement
- Min. a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics and warehouse operations, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industry
- Knowledge of international trade, shipping, and customs regulations
- Familiarity with European logistics operations and understanding of local market dynamics
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- High level of accuracy and reliability in daily operations;
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and responsibilities;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken; Dutch is considered a plus.
