Our Finance Department is looking for an
Operations Accountant (m/f/d)
- Coordination of the month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities in compliance with US GAAP.

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial exhibits.

Preparing statutory annual reports for 4 legal entities in accordance with Dutch GAAP.

Leading the annual tax filing process according to Dutch tax regulations.

Responsible for Fixed Assets accounting.

Leading continuous improvements on internal control and Finance processes.

First point of contact for the internal and external audits.

Providing business counseling on financial and internal control matters.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration related field.

Relevant working experience in accounting and internal control.

Strong communication skills and fluent in English.

Strong work ethics and drive for continuous improvement.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexibility and understanding to be able to work with people at different levels, locations and cultures.

Drive to solve problems independently.
