About the role
In a high tech machine park you are responsible for the performance of the machines and you work within a five-shift rotation. This is a responsible position that requires confidence, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. Your challenge is to maintain an overview of the entire production process and resolve any disruptions quickly and effectively.
Together with your team, you will be responsible for operating the machine while monitoring the progress, performance, and safety of the entire production process. This is a varied and engaging role where you will be exposed to all operational aspects of manufacturing, including process control, working according to established standards, safety, quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
.
What you will do
You will begin with an intensive on-the-job training program, supported by an internal mentor who will help you become familiar with your production line. After completing your training, you will be able to operate the entire production line independently.
You will work with control and automation systems, learn how to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, and develop your technical expertise. And that's just the beginning. Technology is constantly evolving, and we expect the same mindset from our employees.
You will work closely with your colleagues as part of a well-coordinated team that shares responsibility for the machine and production results—from the beginning of the shift until handover. Together, you will monitor production performance, tackle process disruptions, and carry out repairs.
You will gain the skills to resolve many technical issues independently, which is something our employees truly value. If a situation cannot be resolved by the team, you will collaborate with our technical specialists to get the production line back up and running as quickly as possible.

You are eager to further develop your technical knowledge and skills.
You enjoy working in a continuous manufacturing environment with a five-shift schedule.
You have strong technical and analytical abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
You are results-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You are curious, eager to learn, and willing to invest in your personal and professional development through training and education.
