My name is Lisa Romee, founder of UNWIND Jewelry. What started as a small market stall has grown into a brand with its own store in the Nine Streets in Amsterdam and we are just getting started.
Our mission is simple. We create jewelry that looks beautiful, lasts long, and stays affordable.
We are currently looking for a creative and proactive Sales Associate & Content Creator to strengthen our team for 1 day per week. Our preference is someone available on a weekday, but weekend availability is a big plus.
This role is perfect for someone who loves both fashion retail and content creation. In July and August, there is opportunity for the role to grow into 2 to 3 days per week.
About the role
At UNWIND, customers always come first. As part of our team, you are the face of the brand in store and create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for everyone who walks in.
At the same time, content plays a huge role in our brand. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, comes up with their own content ideas, and genuinely enjoys creating and editing videos for social media. Experience with CapCut is a big plus.
A typical weekday at UNWIND often starts with filming content between 10:00 and 12:00, while the store is still quiet. During calmer moments throughout the day, you will work on editing content on the laptop in store. But no matter what, customers always remain the priority.
What you will do
- Welcome and advise customers in store
- Actively sell and help create a great customer experience
- Create content for Instagram and TikTok
- Film product videos, styling videos, and behind the scenes content
- Edit videos during quieter store moments
- Come up with your own creative content ideas
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and on brand
- Open and close the store independently when needed
- Help manage stock and refill products

- You love creating content and being creative
- You feel comfortable on camera
- You take initiative and like ownership
- You have experience with CapCut or similar editing apps
- You are reliable and responsible
- You live in or near Amsterdam
