What will you do?

Own the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process and deliver clear, timely reporting to management — acting as a true sparring partner for the Finance lead

Safeguard financial integrity across general ledger, intercompany reconciliation, VAT returns and internal controls

Analyse variances and prepare budget-vs-actual reports so management always has a sharp picture of where things stand

Support the planning cycle and maintain oversight of assets, loans and credit card administration

Drive continuous process improvement in the financial and administrative organisation — you spot opportunities where others see routine
What do you bring?

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or Accountancy

3–5 years of relevant experience; a background in an (international) production environment is a plus

Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

A proactive, accurate and stress-resistant working style — you keep a cool head in a fast-changing environment

Excellent command of both Dutch and English; you are based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit
