Job Title: Warehouse Manager

The Role:
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily warehouse operations and ensuring a safe, efficient, well-organized, and customer-focused warehouse environment. You will manage and develop the warehouse team, monitor operational performance, safeguard inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including the effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
- Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient execution of all warehouse processes.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize warehouse activities to meet operational targets and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and warehouse procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and periodic stock counts.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, analyze operational data, and report performance to management.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse processes and workflows.
- Act as key user for warehouse systems and support the effective use and further development of the WMS.
- Coordinate with internal departments, logistics service providers, suppliers, and system partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; implementation or key-user experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
