As a Data Management Consultant – Reporting, you are responsible for creating a clear and coherent view on the state of data management & AI across the bank.
You work closely with Performance Management and Portfolio Management, using available metrics, roadmaps, and execution insights as input. Based on this, you develop integrated narratives that bring together progress, risks, dependencies, and performance into one consistent story.
Your strength is structuring complexity, identifying key messages, and telling the story behind the numbers. You translate input from across CDO, Data Domains, Platforms & Technology, and Architecture into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including CDO leadership and ExBo.
By creating clarity and consistency in how information is interpreted and communicated, you enable fact-based steering, alignment across stakeholders, and timely interventions where needed. You are the connecting link that turns fragmented information into insightful narratives that drive decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Build narratives based on metrics and execution: Work closely with Performance- and Portfolio Management Management to translate KPIs, roadmaps, and delivery status into clear, actionable management stories.
Translate complexity into clear messages: Combine input from multiple stakeholders into concise, structured narratives tailored for senior management.
Provide a consistent and reliable view of performance and obligations: Ensure clear and aligned reporting on the data & AI commitments towards the organization and regulators.
Highlight risks, gaps, and dependencies: Identify inconsistencies, bottlenecks, and misalignments, and clearly articulate required actions and trade-offs.
Enable fact-based decision-making: Support leadership by providing structured insights that drive prioritization, escalation, and intervention.
Support performance dialogues: Prepare and guide discussions, ensuring stakeholders share a common understanding of the current state and next steps.
Drive clarity and consistency in reporting: Simplify and harmonize how information is structured and communicated across the organization.
