For our Campus in Born, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, you’re building strong customer relationships and coaching your team to a higher level. You will be responsible for monitoring productivity and team performance, maintaining contact with various internal and external customers, and stimulating the personal development of your team members (approximately 10 employees). In this dynamic position, you and your team serve as the primary point of contact for our customer. You motivate and challenge your team in a positive way, contributing to a pleasant and engaging working environment.
You report to the Operations Support Manager, who is responsible for the customer account. As part of our Born Campus, you will work in a challenging and dynamic environment. Support is available from your manager as well as from fellow Supervisors. The team is characterized by its drive and passion. The customers you will support are highly demanding, providing you with the opportunity to develop in-depth expertise and contribute to improvement initiatives and projects.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will:
- Maintain customer relationships by monitoring progress, maintaining oversight, and communicating updates to the customer.
- Organize, coach, and support your self-managing team to ensure quality and productivity targets are achieved.
- Identify deviations from productivity or quality standards and take appropriate action.
- Drive continuous improvement within your team and department, while participating in projects aimed at improving the organization and its processes.
- Prepare various reports, including business reviews.
- Ensure excellent collaboration between different departments, including Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Customs, and Customer Service.
WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Your workplace will be at one of our locations in Born, where we operate two warehouses. There, you will become part of the Customer Service Team, consisting of 10 colleagues. Together, you ensure that the relationship between CEVA and the customer is well maintained and that all parties remain informed and aligned. You will work in a driven and professional environment, with plenty of room for teamwork, connection, and enjoyment. You will report directly to the Operations Support Manager, and your working hours will vary between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

You are energetic and know how to motivate your team in a positive way to achieve shared goals. You have strong situational awareness and can adapt your leadership style accordingly. This allows you to be both a member of the team and a leader who steps up when direction is needed.
In busy and demanding situations, you are able to switch priorities quickly and remain focused on what matters most.
You bring the following knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Experience within contract logistics is preferred, but we also welcome candidates from other industries and backgrounds.
- Demonstrable affinity with or experience in a leadership position.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications.

- A gross monthly salary between € 3.299 and € 4.462 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
