- ollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to collect, structure, and consolidate technical information critical to system and product development.
A- pply a strong process-oriented mindset to ensure the team follows and continuously improves established engineering workflows.
D- evelop and maintain searchable knowledge bases and documentation systems that capture lessons learned, best practices, and engineering methodologies.
O- rganize engineering documentation within a logical framework to enable quick and reliable access across projects and teams.
C- onduct regular audits and updates of the knowledge management environment to ensure content accuracy and ongoing relevance.
C- ontribute to the development of tools and resources that improve engineering efficiency and data accessibility.
F- oster a culture of knowledge sharing by organizing workshops, training sessions, and internal learning initiatives.
P- rovide project teams with timely technical information and resources to support decision-making and problem-solving.

amiliarity with tools and systems commonly used in engineering information and knowledge management, such as:

- ackground in electronic systems or embedded electronics (preferred over purely mechanical profiles).
F- amiliarity with systems engineering principles and MBSE approaches (experience with Arcadia/Capella is a strong plus).
E- xperience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Polarion.
S- trong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a rigorous approach to processes and documentation.

ualifications

- achelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
D- emonstrated experience in systems engineering or a comparable technical field with a strong focus on knowledge or data management.
P- roficiency with database management and documentation tools.
S- trong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
F- amiliarity with engineering design standards and development processes.
P- roficiency in Dutch and English (written and verbal required).
