As an Inside Sales Agent (Vision & Safety Solutions), you take on an independent and responsible role within the business line. You operate at the intersection of commercial, operational and customer-facing activities, and are a key link in maintaining continuity for both customers and the internal organization.
You work closely with colleagues across departments including Sales, Engineering, Operations and international teams, including the Business Line Manager in the United States.
You serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of strategic European accounts. Building and maintaining these relationships is at the core of your role: you know your accounts, understand their needs and ensure they are served with consistency and care. Alongside this, you contribute to the further development and professionalization of European commercial and operational processes together with the team.
You are capable of independently managing the full customer service process from A to Z. You maintain a clear overview, set priorities and ensure that customer inquiries, requests and orders are handled effectively and on time. You take ownership of progress and proactively align with internal stakeholders when needed.
You identify bottlenecks in processes and communication and come forward with improvement proposals. You also recognize commercial opportunities and know how to position them effectively within the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for a select number of strategic accounts within Vision & Safety Solutions
Independently managing and executing the full customer service process (A to Z)
Coordinating and following up on orders and requests
Monitoring progress, priorities and deadlines across ongoing projects
Aligning with internal stakeholders to arrive at appropriate solutions
Identifying process bottlenecks and initiating improvements
Recognizing and escalating commercial opportunities within the organization
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date recording in CRM (Salesforce)
You are an independent and confident professional who takes ownership and responsibility for your work. You know how to operate in an international and dynamic environment and are able to maintain control even under pressure or resistance.
You have experience independently executing inside sales and customer service processes and are used to managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You switch easily between different levels and know when to push forward and when to escalate.

Strong command of English; German is a plus
