Freelance Sales Agent / Business Developer (Netherlands)
Balance Talent Acquisition is growing and we are looking for a motivated Freelance Sales Agent / Business Developerbased in the Netherlands.
We are a Dutch company specialized in international recruitment, outsourcing and HR support for sectors such as logistics, production, horeca and services.
What will you do?
- Prospect new companies in the Dutch market
- Contact potential clients via calls, email and LinkedIn
- Present our recruitment and outsourcing services
- Generate business opportunities and close new clients
- Support basic commercial and outreach activities
This is a fully remote position focused on new business development.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in sales, business development or closing
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence speaking with companies and decision makers
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and prospecting
- Fluent English is required
- Dutch is highly preferred
- Spanish is a plus
- You must currently live in the Netherlands
