What to Expect
As a Senior Energy Analyst in our Supercharging team, you will reduce the cost of energy for Tesla’s Supercharging network across EMEA and help accelerate the transition to electrified transportation.
Tesla’s Supercharger network is one of the world’s leading fast-charging systems. It supports everyday charging and long-distance travel for Tesla vehicles and other EVs, making affordable, reliable energy access essential to electric mobility.
In this role, you will o develop analytical tools to identify cost-saving opportunities, support pricing and strategic decisions, and explore new commercial and technology-driven ways to reduce costs. You will also define the energy procurement strategy, lead tenders and contract negotiations, and build strong relationships with energy suppliers and related stakeholders. In parallel, you will work with internal teams on energy policy and regulatory topics at EU and national level.
What You'll Do

Identify and deliver energy cost-reduction opportunities across EMEA energy markets, and build analytical frameworks and tools that support cost savings, pricing, and strategic decisions for the Supercharging network

Define procurement strategy, lead electricity tenders and contract negotiations, and manage relationships with key energy suppliers and buyers for Supercharging programs across EMEA

Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and implement alternative cost-reduction opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams to monitor and execute policy initiatives related to energy generation, transport, storage, consumption, taxation, and environmental commodities at EU and national level
What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in electricity procurement

Hands-on energy and financial modelling skills including use of analytical and AI tools

Strong understanding of European electricity markets

Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences

Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
