Responsibilities
Import & Export Coordination
- Coordinate transport planning and logistical processes for both import and export shipments.
- Organize, monitor, and follow up on air, road, and courier shipments to and from international destinations.
- Ensure accurate and timely customs and transportation documentation for both flows.
- Perform pre-alerting, tracking, and status updates for internal teams and customers.
Communication & Alignment
- Liaise with international Malca-Amit offices, suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and customers.
- Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and security handling in line with Malca-Amit procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an import/export employee or in a similar logistics role.
- Knowledge of international transportation.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English;
- Hands-on mentality with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Accurate, reliable, and comfortable working with security-focused processes and protocols.
