What to Expect
As a Senior Product Manager for supply chain and logistics, you’ll focus on internal applications that support our operations with a focus on local EMEA problems while implementing global solutions. In this role, you will optimize and implement new warehouse and order management applications. You’ll work together with various stakeholders and project and product managers from different business units to coordinate a collective product roadmap and are drive cross functional implementation.
It is an exciting and demanding position that requires entrepreneurial, communicative and operational skills as well as the ability to work with many stakeholders.
Please be aware this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
What You'll Do-
Define and deliver a product vision, strategy and roadmap

Work cross functionally between Product, Design, Engineering, QA and Production Support teams to facilitate and own new product development.

Lead user research, benchmarking, usability studies, A/B testing and prototyping to inform new products and product improvements

Leverage AI to improve your own efficiency, execute roadmaps, monitor results, implement prototypes and deliver faster

Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenarios

Use agile principles to write user stories, plan and drive the software development of features

Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams

Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes

Prioritize between new features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
What You'll Bring-
Extensive product management experience
-
Proficient knowledge and experience of order management and warehouse operations and systems, oriented to European business environments in general

Ability to identify external and internal customer needs and develop product strategies, roadmaps and requirements that meet those practical needs

Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from kick-off to ship with high sense of ownership

Experience using Agile/Scrum/Sprint methodology including sprint planning and execution, as well as a strong understanding of software development management methods

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions with ability to query data from various systems to solve problems and experience in one or more data analysis tools (SQL, Google Analytics)

Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support

Ability to successfully work with cross range of teams including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales and operations, manufacturing

Excellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
