Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to develop and grow our business in the French market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving channel sales, developing strategic partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
This role requires a strong understanding of the networking industry and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in France.
· Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners, including distributors, VARs, system integrators, and resellers.
· Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers and business partners.
· Generate new business opportunities and expand EnGenius' presence in the French market.
· Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and solution demonstrations together with Field Engineers and Technical Support Specialists.
· Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer records, and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
· Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
· Represent EnGenius at exhibitions, conferences, partner events, and other industry activities.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or channel sales experience in the networking, telecommunications, or IT industry.
· Proven experience working with distributors, VARs, system integrators, or resellers.
· Strong knowledge of the French networking and IT channel market.
· Experience with networking vendors such as LANCOM, Ruckus, NETGEAR, Aerohive, Meru, Cisco, Aruba, or similar brands is considered an advantage.
· Native or fluent French speaker with excellent English communication skills. Dutch language skills are a plus.
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Self-motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
· Willingness to travel frequently within France and other European countries.
· Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands or be eligible to obtain the required work authorization.
