About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
We are seeking an Ethics & Compliance Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and coordination of key pillars within our global Ethics & Compliance program.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong compliance foundation who thrives on operational excellence. You will take the lead on managing compliance intakes, risk assessments, and tracking, while turning complex data into clear, Board-ready presentations. By executing these core operations flawlessly, you will help free up leadership capacity for long-term governance, automation, and program development.
You will work closely with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, HR, and various business teams to ensure compliance is practical, efficient, and embedded into our fast-growing business operations.
Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle—including intake, risk assessments, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups—for Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Conflicts of Interest (COI), Gifts & Entertainment (G&E), and Events and Sponsorships.
Manage the compliance training calendar, track completion metrics, and coordinate logistics for organization-wide training and awareness initiatives.
Support the preparation of high-impact management and Board-level reporting, KPI dashboards, and presentations by transforming raw data into clean, visual, and professional content.
Support the ongoing management of the policy lifecycle and assist in developing user-friendly guidance materials and practical playbooks.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams (such as Legal, HR, Procurement, and Sales), ensuring business requests align with company policies and bribery risks are mitigated.
Between 6 to 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 to 5 years deeply focused on Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABAC) compliance, either in-house or within a corporate consulting environment.
A specialized and thorough understanding of how bribery and corruption risks arise specifically through gifts, hospitality, events, sponsorships, and conflicts of interest.
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data into polished, board-ready materials.
High attention to detail, exceptional organizational habits, and a demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of workflows from start to finish.
A hands-on, proactive, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a knack for keeping tracking systems structured and up to date.
A university degree in law, business, or a related compliance field.
Broader experience across other ethics and compliance program areas (e.g., sanctions, data privacy, or third-party risk management).
Experience working in a fast-paced, international, tech, or publicly listed environment.
Familiarity with compliance workflow tools, automation initiatives, or process improvement projects.
