Aloha! We're bringing the Aloha spirit to Amersfoort. At the end of September/beginning of October, we're opening the doors of our brand-new Hawaiian Poke Bowl location, and we're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to help make this opening a success.

We're looking for someone who can start ASAP, so we can begin training on time. Please note: training will take place outside Amersfoort, so flexibility to travel during the first few weeks is a must.
What will you do?
Manage inventory, KPIs, schedules, and orders with great attention to detail
Effectively guide the team and ensure smooth daily operations
Recruit, train, and develop a highly efficient and motivated team
Create an outstanding customer experience and handle any complaints professionally
Ensure every bowl is presented with quality and care—always with a smile!
