Key Responsibilities
- Oversee after-sales team establishment and daily operations in the DACH region, covering technical support and warranty management. Tasked with regional service network optimization and end-to-end B2B partner lifecycle management to ensure after-sales performance meets corporate strategic goals.
- Develop and enforce regional aftersales policies and comprehensive warranty terms to ensure business compliance and efficiency.
- Directly responsible for improving Customer Satisfaction (CSI) across the region by ensuring service consistency and high-quality support.
- Ensure maximum vehicle uptime for B2B customers by minimizing response times through decisive execution and standardized processes.
- Lead the localized promotion and implementation of BYD aftersales systems, ensuring 100% adoption and standardized usage across the service network.
- Support the build-out of a technical support system focused on BYD-standard repair capabilities and the transition to electromobility.
- Promote digital diagnostic tools and ensure technical teams are certified for New Energy Vehicle (NEV) maintenance in the DACH market.
- Coordinate spare parts strategy and inventory planning to ensure high parts availability and turnover efficiency.
- Act as a strategic liaison to R&D and Product teams, driving product improvements based on field insights and localized market needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support key account expansion through proactive aftersales assurance and brand reputation building.
- Directly responsible for regional aftersales revenue, driving parts sales growth and value-added service development to hit financial targets.
- Supervise the resolution of critical customer issues, personally overseeing complex technical challenges to ensure efficient, concrete solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in the industry (Truck & LCV); 5+ years in a senior management role within the DACH region.
- B2B Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B business rules, Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Warranty/Claims management.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of traditional truck mechanics and a solid grasp of EV architecture/driving scenarios.
- Execution: Proven "hands-on" track record—the ability to move from the boardroom to the workshop to resolve issues.
- Languages: Native-level or fluent German; business-fluent English.
- Collaboration: Exceptional ability to influence and coordinate with R&D and Sales to achieve common business goals.
