Job Description:
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, and daily front desk operations.
- Assist guests with requests, reservations, transportation, excursions, and recommendations.
- Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences throughout their stay.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Uphold Art Hotel Curaçao's luxury service standards at all times.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Papiamentu and additional languages are an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
