What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality experience, with prior experience working as a Server / Front-of-House team member
- Previous supervisory, team leader, or shift leader experience is highly preferred
- A natural host who is warm, attentive, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A team-first attitude and the ability to motivate and support colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Solid understanding of food and beverages, with a desire to continuously learn and grow
- Reliable, punctual, and fully committed to scheduled shifts
- Comfortable with cash handling, till operations, and basic administrative responsibilities
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance of the restaurant (approximately 40 minutes or less)
- SVH Sociale Hygiëne certification is not required but will be considered a strong advantage
- Looking for a candidate who can fully commit to this role. Applicants with another active hospitality job may not be suitable for this position due to scheduling and availability requirements
