As a Project Leader for Underground Infrastructure, you work on large-scale and integrated projects where you are responsible for advising and guiding both public and private clients. This can range from the railway operator ProRail to Rijkswaterstaat, TenneT, and various local governments, such as municipalities and provinces. You support the client from the initial stages of the project to the final realization of cables and pipelines (K&L). You will face complex challenges surrounding the relocation of cables and pipelines, where the impact on the environment is often significant. Therefore, it is essential to effectively manage the involved parties, from grid operators to local stakeholders, and ensure that everything is realized within the established schedule and budget. Additionally, you play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members, ensuring they can grow further within the field. **What are your responsibilities?** - Advising clients on underground infrastructure in the context of major infrastructure projects, including the redevelopment of stations, highways, railway areas, or area development; - Managing the process surrounding cables and pipelines, from submitting KLIC notifications to the actual relocation and installation; - Drafting and managing various technical and legal documents, such as VtA/VtM letters, POS, and compensation arrangements; - Leading meetings with grid operators, municipal and provincial governments, and other stakeholders to find optimal solutions for technical challenges; - Identifying commercial opportunities within projects and contributing to the acquisition of new projects and/or additional work.
