Themed Entertainment – Project Coordinator

Adirondack Studios (ADKS), a global leader in the design, build, and installation of themed entertainment spaces and experiences, is seeking additional Project Coordinators to support the North American Project Delivery team. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support Project Managers and Portfolio Directors in the delivery of high-quality themed entertainment experiences. You’ll also support overall department needs to ensure increased efficiency and ongoing success of the Project Delivery team.
With a combined space of 260,000 sf. in production facilities in upstate New York, Orlando and Dubai, as well as support facilities and offices in Pasadena, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Singapore and Shanghai, ADKS’ team of 360 artisans, managers and installers has provided ideation, concept & schematic design, design development, custom fabrication, technical support and installation & commissioning services for some of the world’s biggest amusement and leisure attractions, real estate developments, performance venues, public art, brand experiences and cultural exhibits – over 5,000 projects and counting. What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative, logistical, clerical, and operational support for project work that allows the project to move successfully forward through its lifecycle to completion and client sign off

Assist with the submitting, uploading, downloading, downloading and tracking of RFI’s and Submittals to and from clients

Assist with the organization of drawing packages

Assist with creating and maintaining element matrices and trackers

Assist with tracking and reporting of project budgets and expenses

Attend meetings for note taking and distribution

Write PO requests as required
-
Support site logistics as needed

Support oversight of vendor progress in shop or in field, including client shop reviews and buyoffs

Submit to any testing and background checks required by project or jobsite

Submit all timesheets, forms, and receipts to Project Manager or appropriate company stakeholders for approval and sign off in a timely manner

Project travel as required

Other tasks as assigned

Paid Personal/Sick Time accrual of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked immediately upon hire.

Vacation Accrual: 4% of hourly compensation contributed by ADKS, payable in quarterly of each year. Accrual begins after the initial 1000 hours worked.

Participation in company medical, dental, and vision insurance plan, upon 90 Days of employment.

Participation in the company’s Long Term Disability Insurance upon 1 year of employment. This is at no cost to the employee.

Participation in the ADKS 401K plan following 90 days of continuous employment and then at quarterly open enrollment.

This role offers an hourly pay range of $20-$30. The actual hourly rate provided will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and, if applicable, the position’s location.
