Responsibilities
- As a support technician, you provide first-line assistance to all users for the hardware and applications made available by the IT & AV department.
- Uninstall defective audiovisual equipment & replace with spare parts.
- Perform daily checks of audiovisual equipment in all meeting rooms to ensure everything is functioning properly.
- Video Conference Devices: Rallybar, Touch Panels, Booking Panels, Microphones.
- Provide diagnosis/resolution of hardware/software/network issues: Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, Crestron, Barco.
Qualifications
- Any formal education will be considered, training in IT/Audiovisual is preferred, and/or experience in the field of IT support (minimum 2 years).
- You have a good knowledge of the PC environment and office automation, including Windows and MS Office 365 applications.
- Experience with audiovisual equipment: screens, cameras, microphones, audio system.
- Knowledge of Service Desk functions in accordance with ITIL standards, including incident, problem, and request management (ServiceNow).
- Exceptional level of Dutch, written and spoken.
- Advanced level of English.
