Must-have qualifications:
- Minimum BSc degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, which includes the management of direct reports;
- Minimum of 10 years of supply chain related experience in a complex manufacturing environment.

- Establishing goals and objectives, (including stretch targets) in coordination with corporate objectives and managing performance to ensure attainment;

Requirements:
A Director of Regional Operations leads a team of Order Management, Procurement and Planning Leaders that are accountable for the successful development and execution of strategic operational objectives. Reporting to a senior leader within Global Order Operations, an individual in this role is responsible for developing strategies, policies and procedures that optimize value and create a world class order management organization. This person also takes overall accountability for operational excellence, customer delight and strategic thought leadership across all operational functions.
