CBRE DataCentre Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our businessacross the Benelux region.
This roleis focused on winning new business, building strong client relationships, andsupporting the sales process from early conversations through to tendersubmission and close. It would suit someone who is commercially minded, enjoysdeveloping opportunities, and is comfortable working with clients in atechnical or service-led environment.
You’ll workclosely with operational leaders and support teams to put together strong,well-thought-out solutions that meet client needs and reflect the quality ofour service offering.
Whatyou’ll be doing
- Identifyand develop new business opportunities across the Benelux market
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop ahealthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Supportthe full sales cycle, from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation,and contract award
- Preparehigh-quality sales presentations, tender submissions, and supporting documents
- Work withinternal teams including operations, procurement, HR, QHSE, commercial, andleadership to shape solutions for clients
- Keepsales reporting and pipeline information accurate and up to date
- Stayclose to market activity, competitor movement, and customer developments acrossthe region
- RepresentCBRE Data Centre Solutions in client meetings and at relevant industry events
Whatwe’re looking for
- Experience in sales, business development, or account growth in a B2Benvironment
- Ideally,experience in data centres, facilities management, technical services,engineering services, or another service-led technical sector
- A strongtrack record of building relationships and developing opportunities
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals, or client presentations
- Goodcommercial judgement and a practical approach
- Strongcommunication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at differentlevels
- Wellorganised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities atonce
- FluentEnglish
- Dutchand/or French would be a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel across the Benelux region as needed
