What you’ll work on
As a Senior Insurance Consultant, you’ll lead transformation projects for our insurance clients, working alongside experienced consultants and client teams to structure challenges, develop solutions and support implementation from start to finish.
- Lead and manage complex transformation projects in the insurance sector.
- Manage project delivery, ensuring clear communication, transparency and actionable insights.
- Advise clients on regulatory change, digital transformation and operational improvement.
- Create clear insights, recommendations and senior stakeholder updates.
- Build trusted relationships with insurers and key industry stakeholders.
- Mentor consultants and support multidisciplinary project teams.
- Contribute to FiSer’s Insurance practice through knowledge sharing, proposition development and business-development support.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of insurance, financial services and business transformation.
- A Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or consulting.
- Experience in leading transformation, change-management or implementation projects.
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations, operating models and technology developments.
- Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a practical, can-do mindset.
- An existing network within the Dutch insurance market is a plus.
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.
