We're looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) to support our financial operations and administrative processes.
Working closely with leadership and external partners, you'll help ensure that our finance processes are accurate, organised, and efficient while contributing to continuous improvements through technology and automation.
The role is designed for approximately 25 hours per week and is primarily office-based, allowing for close collaboration with the team in Amsterdam.
You'll be the go-to person for finance operations, administration, reporting, and compliance coordination. Working closely with leadership and external partners, you'll help keep our financial processes running smoothly while identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day finance administration

Prepare documentation and supporting schedules for accountants, auditors, and tax advisors

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes

Prepare management reporting and financial analyses

Monitor financial records and ensure accurate documentation

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow visibility by using AI tools to create more efficient workflows and reporting

Act as a key contact for finance-related administrative matters

Communicate with Dutch authorities, tax offices, payroll providers, and external partners

Coordinate compliance-related documentation and filings

5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a similar role

Experience in Dutch GAAP and working with external accountants or auditors

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks

Interest in technology, automation, and AI-powered tools

Fluent English required, German is a plus
