For our head office in Zaandam, we are looking for a (24-32 hours) Customer Service Representative region Kazakhstan

Position
The Customer Service (CS) department works closely with the warehouse and supports the customer service department. The CS team consists of a Team Lead and seven CS employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with (international) customers and managing the order flow until delivery. You will be aware of our customers' wishes and requirements and maintain orders in the order processing system. You will strive for optimal compliance with agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest possible customer satisfaction efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- You communicate with our (international) B2C customers about orders, delivery times, and complaints;
- You manage questions and requests via social media pages, such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- You coordinate with logistics colleagues regarding inventory and deliveries.
- You liaise with the customer service department regarding order processing, exceptions, and customer-focused solutions.
- You actively contribute to improving our processes.
Job requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic starter with at least 1-2 years of work experience and an affinity for customer service. You are analytical, eager to learn, and enjoy working together. You are eager to roll up your sleeves and work in a Dutch multinational where you can make a difference.
