What does your day look like?
In this position, you are responsible for the production process and the end product. You achieve this by implementing and verifying processes focused on continuous improvement. You carry out tests and checks and subsequently initiate improvement actions. You do this in close collaboration with project leaders, Factory Engineers, and the production departments.
Your tasks:

Keep the client up to date regarding ongoing projects and improvement initiatives.

Take an active role in operations where your improvement proposals are translated into concrete (DMAIC) projects and Kaizen actions.

Take ownership to solve problems in a project-based manner.

Analyze and handle reports from both internal and external parties.
