Requirements:
- Cooking background (cooking education) or prior experience working in kitchens or high enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Available to work in the evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to work organised, clean and efficient
- able to keep up with the fast paced delivery of the service time
- experience working the knife and hot plate (preferably)
- HACCP Diploma (preferably)
