We are seeking an experienced RA Officer to join our growing team in Bilthoven.
Position Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator supports warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring accurate material flow, compliant documentation, and on-time distribution. The role is part of the Supply Chain Team and works closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Sales teams to maintain inventory integrity, support production, and drive efficient, compliant warehouse operations within a fast-growing life sciences organization.
Key Responsibilities:
As an enthusiastic person with experience in Supply Chain, you will be involved in: Warehouse Management in Good Manufacturing Practice environment (GMP).
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and stock audits
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and material flow (FIFO/FEFO)
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse (6S standards)
Inbound and outbound Logistics:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials in line with purchase orders and SOPs
- Coordinate picking, packing, and shipment of goods to customers, 3PLs, and partners
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including international requirements and customs documentation
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation issues
Internal Logistics and Coordination:
- Manage internal material flow between warehouse, production, and other departments
- Ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing and order fulfilment
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams
- Provide operational backup for order processing and component stock management
Systems, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
- Record material movements in ERP (e.g., D365) and maintain master data
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, and company procedures
- Support documentation for international shipping and customs clearance
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to reporting, analysis, and process improvements
- Identify and implement efficiency and cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FDA) preferred
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
