Review, assess and draft commercial contracts and agreements, while driving continuous improvement and digitalization of legal and compliance processes. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, with a strong focus on export control, sanctions and international trade compliance. Provide practical legal advice, coordinate legal matters and leverage approved AI and legal technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, contract lifecycle management and risk mitigation across the organization.
Draft and review international and domestic commercial contracts and agreements
Draft extension/ termination/ amendment letters to existing contracts/agreements
Make templates of the contracts/ agreements in consultation with the Manager Legal
Assist in company’s projects which are allocated to the Legal department
Coordinate litigations with the help of external counsels
Prepare legal documents for and coordinate the process of establishment/closure of HCME branches, subsidiaries
Draft Powers of Attorney for the staff members and external stakeholders
Advise on corporate matters
Conduct legal due diligence assessments related to export control, sanctions and customs requirements.
Conduct due diligence investigation of the third parties on pre-contractual phase
Conduct legal research
Perform a role of the compliance officer in one or more areas of compliance (competition law, data privacy, export control, corporate governance, child labor, etc.)
Draft and update compliance policies
Advise to business within its compliance area of responsibility
Conduct trainings of the staff members within own area of compliance Conduct due diligence investigation with respect to export control activities.
Act as the subject matter expert for export control, sanctions and customs compliance matters
Leverage approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency, legal research, contract review, compliance monitoring and knowledge management.
Evaluate and promote innovative solutions that enhance the effectiveness and quality of legal and compliance activities while ensuring compliance with applicable legal, ethical, privacy and cybersecurity requirements.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of legal and compliance processes.
Collaborate with IT, Compliance and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are implemented in accordance with legal, privacy, cybersecurity and governance requirements.

General administration support to Legal department
Support to organize management, supervisory, shareholders and other corporate meetings
Take the minutes of the company meetings on the management level
Collect, file, register, maintain database of annual reports, minutes, resolutions, decisions of management and shareholders meetings of the company’s subsidiaries
Keep, maintain up to date, register and file legal documents, minutes of the meetings, company resolutions, documents databases, shareholders’ register (e.g. Powers of Attorney database)
Check invoices of Legal department
Support to execute export control activities, collect and file relevant export control documents
Support to prepare documents and files for annual SOX-related activities
Maintain up-to-date relevant registrations of the company in the Trade Register, Cadaster and other governmental registers
Support to legalize company documents
Support the optimization and digitalization of legal administration processes, including document management, contract repositories and workflow automation.

Bachelor degree in relevant field
5+ years of experience in a similar position
Experience/interest in AI
Fluent in English
Compensation built of a yearly gross salary between 55.000 euros and 88.000 euros (including holiday allowance and based on experience)
27 days of leave + 13 extra collective days of leave (ADV)
