We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong business intelligence,
reporting, and data visualization experience. The ideal candidate should be able to develop
professional dashboards, work with different data sources, support business users, and deliver
accurate, scalable, and user-friendly reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build interactive, professional, and business-focused reports using Power BI Desktop
and Power BI Service.
- Create strong data models, relationships, calculated columns, and DAX measures.
- Write, optimize, and maintain DAX formulas for reporting and analytical
requirements.
- Use Power Query for data transformation, cleaning, and preparation.
- Connect Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL databases, Excel, APIs, ERP
systems, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.
- Work with SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support reporting
requirements.
- Develop automated reports, scheduled refreshes, and performance dashboards.
- Improve dashboard performance, loading time, and overall user experience.
- Analyze raw data and convert it into clear, meaningful business insights.
- Gather reporting requirements from business users and translate them into BI solutions.
- Work closely with finance, operations, sales, management, and IT teams.
- Support existing reports, troubleshoot data issues, and resolve reporting errors.
- Maintain documentation for report logic, data sources, datasets, and technical
workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability across reports and
dashboards.
- Follow best practices for data visualization, report design, and dashboard usability.
