About the role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will support the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) Transformation journey, acting as the bridge between Business, Architecture, and IT. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions and help drive delivery across multiple squads in a global environment.
This role requires a strong onsite presence and close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities

Act as the link between business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams.

Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional designs, features, and user stories.

Define end-to-end functional views, including: As-Is, To-Be, Transition States

Manage dependencies across multiple squads.

Drive epic breakdown, backlog refinement, prioritisation, and Definition of Done within an Agile/DevOps environment.

Ensure alignment across global stakeholders and teams.

Validate solutions to ensure functional quality and business fit.

Apply strong banking domain knowledge and understanding of core banking processes.

Work within complex IT landscapes, focusing on requirement elicitation and functional design.

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to WCS Transformation initiatives by delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
Must have

Strong banking domain expertise (mandatory).

Experience working in complex IT environments.

Proven track record in: Requirement elicitation, Functional design, Stakeholder management

Ability to operate effectively in Agile and DevOps environments.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Structured, analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
Nice to have
Experience within Working Capital Solutions or Trade Finance, such as:

Supply Chain Finance

Receivables Finance

Factoring
-
Letters of Credit

Guarantees
Additional experience that is considered a plus:

Exposure to Transaction Banking or Trade Finance platforms.

Benefits
What we offer

A salary ranging from €6,500.60 to €7,584.36 gross per month, based on a 36-hour workweek and depending on experience.
