What you will do:-
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about mobile services, home internet, and TV.
- Help with SIM card activation, internet setup, TV installation, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling (full training provided).
- Maintain accurate customer records and work closely with your team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
What you will bring:-
Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English (B1+).
- EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending additional products or services.
- Basic technical understanding and good computer skills.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
