As our IT Applications & Project Manager, you will become the technical owner of several business-critical applications that support our manufacturing environment. You will work closely with colleagues across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Validation, Global IT and our international customers. Reporting to the Director of End User Computing & Cybersecurity, you will also lead the local Site End User Computing Engineer.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and continuously improving the applications that support our production and business processes. You'll serve as the technical owner of several manufacturing and enterprise systems while ensuring users receive the support they need to work efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting business-critical applications such as ERP, MES, Serialization and Labeling systems.
- Leading application implementations, upgrades, integrations and improvement projects.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams and external vendors.
- Supporting validation, testing and change control activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Working closely with customers during onboarding, testing and production readiness activities.
- Managing the local End User Computing Engineer and coordinating local IT support.
- Driving cybersecurity initiatives together with the Global IT organization to ensure a secure and compliant IT environment.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve user experience and increase operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills.
You bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience supporting ERP, MES or other manufacturing applications.
- Experience managing IT projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and application integrations.
- Experience with Microsoft Navision, ARC MES, TraceLink or BarTender is considered an advantage.
- Experience within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV), change management and regulated IT processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English.
