Your Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Team Member, you may work as a Barista, Bartender, Waiter, or Waitress, depending on operational needs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serving food and drinks professionally and efficiently.
- Preparing coffee, tea, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the guest's visit.
- Setting up and clearing tables.
- Processing customer payments using the POS system.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, bar, and coffee station.
- Restocking beverages, supplies, and service stations.
- Working closely with the kitchen and fellow team members.
- Following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, bars, or customer service is an advantage but not required.

- Good English communication skills (Dutch is a plus).
