- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Create and update innovative menus with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and ensuring the quality of food.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
- Work closely with the resort management to ensure all culinary services align with the resort’s luxury experience.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the smooth operation of multiple dining outlets, catering to both local and international guests.
- Previous work experience as a Kitchen Chef or similar role in a luxury resort or fine dining resort.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
