CSi Palletising is looking for a Senior Field Service Specialist to strengthen our Lifecycle Services team.
As a Senior Field Service Specialist, you are the technical expert our customers rely on. You keep high performance palletising systems running at their best and continuously improve them.

Diagnose and resolve mechatronic and software faults on advanced palletising installations

Implement modifications, upgrades, and retrofits as part of service projects

Advise customers on system improvements, training, and lifecycle solutions

Act as a CSi ambassador, delivering service excellence at customer sites (70% travel)

Participate in our 24/7 consignment service, ensuring maximum system availability

A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or a similar technical field

Extensive experience in industrial automation or field service engineering

Strong knowledge of PLC software (Allen Bradley & Siemens preferred)

Experience with robot systems is a strong plus

A passion for technology, troubleshooting, and travel

Fluency in Dutch and English (German is a bonus)
