Vacancy description
As an S2C Buyer for Global Category Packaging, you will turn procurement strategies into operational results. You will run sourcing activities, manage contracts, maintain procurement data, and ensure suppliers, systems, and stakeholders are connected to deliver seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sourcing events, RFx processes, and e-auctions through e-sourcing platforms Keelvar or Coupa.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle in Coupa CLM
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, compliance, and SQM activities
- Perform spend and supplier analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure contract, pricing, and supplier data are accurate and up to date
- Drive process improvements, automation, and procurement excellence
- Partner with Procurement and Business stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risk

You will support sourcing and contracting activities across FrieslandCampina's global Packaging portfolio, ensuring business continuity, compliance, and efficient procurement operations.

Employment benefits:
- Salary between €3,900 and €5,990 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
- A work week of 32 to 38 hours, a 5% year-end allowance, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.
- Hybrid working with flexible working hours, [lease car,] a train card and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way).
