About the role:
As Technical Trainer, you are responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for dealer technicians and service partners across Europe. You combine hands-on technical knowledge with training expertise, ensuring that new technologies, diagnostic processes and repair procedures are clearly understood and effectively applied in the field. You act as a subject matter expert, ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred and applied across the network. You work closely with different stakeholders to identify training needs and continuously improve training content and delivery.
What you will do:
- Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop and deliver advanced technical training programs, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning to support technician performance.
- Technical Product Training: Develop and update training content on new vehicle technologies, diagnostics, maintenance and repair procedures, and deliver customized training sessions where needed.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Work with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and define clear learning objectives based on business and operational requirements.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Work closely with technical teams on complex issues, translating findings into training improvements and best practices.
- Data & Continuous Improvement: Use data, feedback and performance insights to identify opportunities for improving training programs and technical processes.
- Project & Program Support: Support training-related projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials, programs and improvements within established plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with after sales, service engineering and dealer networks, ensuring alignment between training programs, technical developments and operational needs
