Who we’re looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who enjoys guiding our clients and their candidates through the screening process. In addition to handling and monitoring screening requests, you will also frequently collaborate with other departments to continuously optimize our services.

What you will do
In short, this role focuses on processing screening requests and assisting clients and candidates. You will do this alongside a young and close-knit team of about 16 other Screening Consultants (both permanent and flexible).
A typical Tuesday at the office for you might start with a freshly brewed cappuccino from the barista (oat milk or regular, your choice), followed by a catch-up with the Support team. You’ll open your inbox to see what the day has in store. In the morning, you are reaching out to data providers to verify (foreign) educational credentials. You'll have your second coffee while preparing requests for Certificates of Good Conduct. After lunch downstairs and a quick walk, you’ll get back to answering candidate and client inquiries via email or by phone. Are all the screening reports completed? A quick game of paddle with your colleagues, and then you’re off home. Tomorrow’s another day!
What do you bring?
· Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level;
· Customer and service-oriented;
· You are solution- and result-oriented;
· You have excellent command of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written;
· You are detail-oriented and can handle sensitive information well;
· Available 32/40 hours per week.
