At everox, you’ll combine machine learning, computer vision and hands-on experimentation to solve real industrial challenges. Using sensor data from our first-of-a-kind concrete upcycling technology, you’ll develop and validate AI models that improve process monitoring, quality control and operational decision-making. The best-performing models may ultimately be deployed in our first commercial-scale plant.
We’re a Rotterdam-based climate-tech scale-up on a mission to decarbonise one of the world’s most polluting industries by turning waste concrete into high-value circular building materials.
During this internship, you’ll develop and validate AI / machine learning models using industrial sensor measurements, computer vision and experimental data generated from our pilot process. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to build robust AI solutions that can ultimately be integrated into the control system of everox’s first commercial-scale concrete upcycling plant.
This internship sits at the intersection of machine learning, computer vision and industrial sensor analytics. You’ll work with real process data, develop and optimise AI models, validate their performance and help translate them into practical industrial applications.
Along the way, you’ll support experiments, assess data quality and collaborate with engineers to ensure your models are robust enough for implementation in a live production environment.
Develop AI / machine learning models using real industrial sensor data.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
Comfortable programming in Python.
Familiar with machine learning concepts and eager to apply them in practice.
Interested in computer vision, sensor data or industrial AI.
Curious, analytical and eager to solve real-world challenges.
Able to document your work in a structured and reproducible way.
Comfortable working with imperfect datasets and experimenting to improve results.
Able to communicate your findings clearly in English.
