As our European Maintenance & Asset Service Manager, you will play an essential role in building and strengthening our maintenance structure as our organisation continues to change and transform. Drawing on your senior-level experience, you will bring the expertise and leadership needed to create lasting value across our European operations.
The primary objective for you is to Lead the development and governance of Refresco Europe's maintenance and asset management strategy, ensuring a consistent framework, standards and performance expectations across all European manufacturing sites.
Through maturity scans, process harmonisation and the rollout of SAP Maintenance, you will strengthen maintenance excellence across the network. You will also support Refresco’s strategic ambitions, including our global transformation project, by improving OEE, asset reliability and cost performance. Working closely with plant teams, you will stabilise priority lines, build local capability and ensure improvements are practical, sustainable and owned by the sites.
This senior role requires someone who can take ownership and operate independently and effectively in a complex multi-site European manufacturing environment. Success in this role will be measured through improvements in OEE, maintenance cost efficiency, planned maintenance compliance, asset reliability, SAP maintenance maturity and capability development across European sites.
