The Senior Specialist, Talent Assessment serves as the global Subject Matter Expert for leadership and talent assessment, responsible for designing and implementing an integrated assessment framework across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire).
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global assessment strategy spanning candidateselection, performance, and potential evaluation.
- Develop and deploy leadership assessment frameworks aligned to Dayco’s leadership model.
- Create and standardize technical and functional assessment methodologies.
- Support M&A activities by leading talent and leadership assessment processes.
- Partner cross-functionallywith Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and L&D teams.
- Ensure assessment tools are scalable, consistent, and globally applicable.
- Evaluate and manage externalassessmentvendors and methodologies.
- Analyze assessment outcomes to drive insights into talent decisions.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (I/O Psychology or equivalent) preferred.
- 2-5 years experience in Organizational Development, Talent, or Assessments.
- Expertisein assessment design (leadership, talent, technical).
- Experience with global assessment frameworks and tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation capability.
- Ability tooperateindependently as an SME.
- Strong stakeholderand cross-functional partnership skills.
