About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR professional to support our growing team in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of HR experience who would like to develop further in a broad HR Generalist / HRBP position.
You will work closely with local management and the European HR team, supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle while ensuring local HR compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, contract administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist with HR compliance and ensure alignment with Dutch labour regulations
- Support employee relations matters and day-to-day HR queries
- Coordinate performance review processes and HR documentation
- Organize employee engagement activities, team events and internal initiatives
- Support local HR projects and office-related people initiatives
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies and service providers when required
- Provide recruitment support for local positions when needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR experience in the Netherlands
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles
- Basic knowledge of Dutch labour law and local HR practices
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently
- Fluent in Chinese and English is required (Dutch language skills are a strong advantage)

Pay: €2.900,00 - €3.300,00 per month
