Role Overview
We are looking for an IT / EUC Support Engineer – L1 with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in end-user computing and desktop support. The engineer will provide onsite and remote technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 End User / Desktop Support to users.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system issues.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and other peripherals.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 applications.
- Perform hardware break/fix and basic troubleshooting.
- Support user account, password and access-related issues.
- Assist with Active Directory user/account administration.
- Perform software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support device imaging, deployment and re-imaging activities.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IMACD activities.
- Log, update and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Provide professional onsite support and maintain good communication with end users.
Language Requirements
- Dutch: B2 minimum – mandatory
- English: B2 minimum – mandatory
- Candidate must be able to communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking end users and English-speaking IT teams.
Work Authorization
Candidates must already have valid legal work rights in the Netherlands.
