We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with strong technical ERP development,
customization, integration, and implementation support experience. The ideal candidate
should be able to develop scalable Odoo solutions, work with business users and functional
consultants, and support ERP projects in a professional, structured, and client-focused
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to business and project
requirements.
- Work on Odoo applications such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM,
HR, Manufacturing, Project, and Website.
- Customize workflows, forms, reports, views, menus, access rights, and business logic.
- Develop new features and enhance existing Odoo modules.
- Work with Python, Odoo ORM, XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Support Odoo implementation, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, payment gateways, e-commerce
platforms, and external applications.
- Work with PostgreSQL databases for queries, reporting, data migration, and
troubleshooting.
- Assist in data import, export, migration, and system validation activities.
- Ensure ERP processes are aligned with business requirements and operational
workflows.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business users, project managers, and
technical teams.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
- Support existing Odoo systems, resolve user issues, and maintain system stability.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations, workflows, integrations, and
deployment processes.
- Follow best practices for code quality, version control, testing, security, and
maintainability.
