We are looking for a Head of People for Epassi! Epassi is Europe’s leading provider of employee benefit solutions, impacting the wellbeing of millions of employees. They are founded in Finland in 2007 and one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. In the Netherlands, Epassi is operating through the brands Bedrijfsfitness and Alleo with now ~120 employees. They have offices in Amsterdam and Heerenveen, with Amsterdam becoming an important hiring hub for strategic and commercial roles.
Your mission & team:
As Head of People & Culture, you will own and drive the People & Culture agenda in the Netherlands, while contributing to global P&C priorities and projects. You’ll be a key partner of the local management team and a central member of the global P&C community. You work closely with the CEO in NL, reporting to the Director People & Culture for NL & Germany. You will implement the global strategy and have the opportunity to take on local initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who just stepped into a People Management role or is an experienced HR Business Partner and wants to take the next step! This is both a strategic and hands-on role with three direct reports.
Key projects (in the next 6-12 months)
Merge and rebranding of Bedrijfsfitness & Alleo to Epassi: built one unified team and culture.
Settle yourself as a Business Partner in the Management team and bring alignment between the global P&C strategy and the Netherlands.
What you’ll do:

Advising managers on employee lifecycle topics (performance, development, engagement, org changes).

Coaching leaders and supporting them in day-to-day people situations.

Working with the People Business Partner and global P&C colleagues to align on priorities, roll out frameworks, and execute projects.

Tracking progress on ongoing initiatives and improving local processes and documentation.

Handling employment law questions and coordinating with relevant internal/external stakeholders when needed.

Contributing to culture and engagement actions across sites (Heerenveen/Amsterdam).
What you’ll bring:

Solid experience in a broad People & Culture / HR role, ideally in an international, fast-growing organization.

Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and practical experience applying it in a business context.

Experience in performance management, talent development, and culture development.

Experience with M&A integration and proven ability to lead projects and drive change in a dynamic environment.

Well-versed in AI, operations, and strategy.

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Experience within SaaS/Tech industry is an advantage
Details
Location: Amsterdam - Hybrid working model (they have a second office in Heerenveen where onsite presence will also be required - max one day a week).
Salary: up to 100K + performance bonus based on company and personal goals.
