At Hawaiian, we are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Service Manager ready to take ownership and grow within a fast-growing hospitality brand.
We are urgently hiring for a full-time position (38 hours) and are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
About the role:
As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily success of the restaurant. You lead by example on the floor, drive operational performance, and build a motivated team that delivers quality and consistency every day.
This is not a desk role, you are actively involved in the operation, support the team during busy shifts, and ensure guests leave with a great experience.
What will you do?
Lead and support the team on the floor during daily operations
Manage schedules, inventory, orders, and operational KPIs
Coach, motivate, and develop team members to perform at their best
Recruit and help build a strong and efficient team culture
Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and professionally handle complaints
Maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service
Take ownership of operational results and team performance
